This has been a strange year for many reasons and we count ourselves lucky that we have been able to explore new ways of connecting with people. From zoom classes with our friends or reaching out to yoga teachers whose classes we’ve always loved but never quite got the chance to chat to.
Balancing on solid ground is hard enough for most of us, let alone on a board floating in the ocean. But given that we like stand up paddle boarding and we like yoga, we were keen to combine both and see if this hybrid activity is meant to be.
Increased screen time has become inevitable for a lot of us. Being unable to do the things we normally do in-person, we’ve become even more glued onto our screens. While it’s important to note the negative side effects of our screen-times, there are also positive things that can be found through the looking glass.
