This has been a strange year for many reasons and we count ourselves lucky that we have been able to explore new ways of connecting with people. From zoom classes with our friends or reaching out to yoga teachers whose classes we’ve always loved but never quite got the chance to chat to. Her Yoga Practice is the first in Hong Kong to offer yoga, tailored for women that is geared towards fertility and healthy hormones. We got to catch up with Claire to tell us more about her practise and her secret skills.
